International Men’s Day – Levin is a free community event celebrating men and boys and promoting positive wellbeing, connection and support.

Taking place on Saturday 21 November 2026 at Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-pō in Levin, this year’s theme, “The Future is for Everyone,” encourages us to recognise the important role men and boys play in our families, workplaces and communities.

The event will bring people together for a free breakfast, guest speakers, personal stories, free haircuts from local barbers and health checks. It will also provide an opportunity to open up important conversations around mental health, suicide prevention, family violence and the importance of supporting one another.

International Men’s Day is about celebrating the positive contributions of men and boys, encouraging healthy relationships, and creating a community where everyone feels valued, supported and able to reach out for help when they need it.

Everyone is welcome! Come along, enjoy a free breakfast, connect with local services and be part of building a stronger, healthier and more supportive community.
